Peninsula Soccer League action resumed after the holiday break as JASA Dos squared off against Santa Clara Sporting.  Sporting coming into the game sat closer to the top of the table as JASA Dos boys looked to continue off the strong performance against league leaders Palo Alto before the break.

In a game that was back in forth in the early stages, it was Sporting who hit the back of the net first from a corner kick.  JASA Dos had their chances to equalize but the first half remained 0-1.  Things didn't get easer for JASA as they were pegged back again  making it 0-2.  To make matters worse as the boys were chasing the game a red card (double yellow) was handed out leaving JASA Dos a man down.
