JASA Dos opens PSL Account

On a beautiful October evening JASA Dos kicked off round 3 of the Peninsula Soccer League against Gordon Biersch.  The game started with a lot of back forth before JASA opened the account in the 15th minute with a goal from Joe Montero off a left sided cross on the ground to the top of the 18 from Carlos Rodriguez.  JASA continued their dominance in possession but also came unscathed from some dangerous Gordon Biersch attacks  The team was eventually rewarded with a second goal in the 42nd minute, this time Montero was the provider as he dished the ball to Carlos Mangandi inside the box for Mangandi to smash home.  JASA Dos didn't take much of a breather as they snatched one more before half as Montero again got another assist as he slotted Danny Arellano in behind for a powerful strike into the goal.

The second half couldn't have started any more perfectly as within a minute JASA possessed from one box to the other and Luiz Cruz fed Arellano for his second as he calmly slipped it past a helpless Gordon Biersch goalkeeper.

Gordon Biersch did provide a response with a goal of their own however it was too late and JASA got one more from a own goal after a beautifully serviced ball from Ricard Cam Solar was deflected in back post.

JASA Dos returns to action again next Sunday October 22nd at 7pm against South Bay FC at Red Morton Community park.
